Mediation is a process guided by a neutral mediator to help parties discuss and resolve issues in a dispute. At Walker Law Firm & Mediation, we focus on finding mutually agreeable solutions that preserve, or at least minimize damage to, relationships—exploring alternative dispute resolutions over litigation whenever possible.

PRICING
Pricing is based on per party involved. We currently have two locations which are located in Arlington and Dallas. Mr. Walker will also travel to a convenient location at the parties' request, and agreement, for no additional charge.

2 HOUR SESSION: $500.00
3 HOUR SESSION: $625.00
4 HOUR SESSION: $750.00
FULL DAY SESSION (Minimum of 8 hrs.) $1985.00

Kevin Walker has practiced Injury litigation in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex for over 30+ years. Kevin has handled a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, auto liability, subrogation, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, first party insurance and insurance coverage claims. His experience with personal injury litigation and insurance companies allows him to address disputes with the knowledge of the litigation process, the positive and negatives of each position, along with the potential trial outcome.

FAMILY & INTERESTS
Born and raised in Texas, Kevin proudly calls Arlington home. He and his wife, Victoria, have shared 30 wonderful years of marriage, raising two children, Jackson and Caroline, alongside their ever-growing family of beloved dogs.
Outside the office and courtroom, Kevin finds joy in the great outdoors, whether he's hunting, fishing, or spending quality time with his family. Together, they are deeply committed to their community, actively supporting animal services and volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club of Arlington.
